X - Portafilter
Pose Bureau is all about the balance of cost/labor/function. We want to achieve the balance so that we can make this brand more affordable, if it's too expensive, then our point is gone. Below is what we choose to let go, instead of overwork on it and increase labor cost.
Inside branches and cavities are very difficult to reach, we polish and grind as much as we can
Back of the portafilter might be uneven due to mannual polishing, unlike machined portafilter
If defects appear outside, we weill repair, if it occurs inside, big ones will not be acceptable, small ones will be left
We choose not to machine the basket area of the portafilter to save cost and make sense of our whole point
