Each of our stainless steel pieces is carefully crafted by hand in small batches, featuring organic, topology-optimized designs. Due to the intricate nature of our work, every item may have its own individual character, including minor imperfections. We believe these subtle nuances add charm and authenticity to each piece, reflecting our commitment to handcrafted quality.

Our Philosophy: We aim to make organic art accessible to those who love it. Eliminating every imperfection through extensive welding and polishing would significantly increase costs, which goes against our mission to offer affordable, high-quality organic designs.

Functional Excellence: While slight imperfections may be present, we ensure that each product performs its intended function beautifully.

 

Returns and Refunds

Non-Defective Items

Understanding Our Craft: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items based on minor imperfections or aesthetic variations that do not affect functionality. We hope you embrace the unique character of your handcrafted piece.

 

Defective Items

Our Promise to You: If your product is broken or does not work as intended, we are happy to replace it at no additional cost.

Eligibility: To qualify for a replacement, please ensure the item is unused and in the same condition as received, aside from the defect.

Time Frame: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a replacement.

 

How to Request a Replacement

2. Share Details: Include clear photos or videos that show the defect or functional problem.

3. We’re Here to Help: We’ll review your message and get back to you within 3 business days with the next steps.

 

Exceptions

Care for Your Piece: Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidents after delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

Alterations: Products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized individuals are not covered.
